摘要
高校是人才培养的加工厂又是人才汇聚的蓄水池,要解放和增强人才活力,努力形成具有国际竞争力的人才制度优势,需要创新人才工作思路、制度和方法,切实把人才工作放在学校发展战略之首,真正让人才工作走上规范化发展道路,努力使人才工作取得立竿见影的成效。学校要按照"引得来、留得住、用得好"的工作思路,将人才引进与培养相联系,结合高等教育规律和学校实际,破解人才工作中的一些热点和难点问题,吸引和培养更多的高层次人才。
Colleges and universities are the processing factories for talent cultivation and the reservoirs for talents gathering. To liberate and enhance the vitality of talents,and strive to form an internationally competitive talent system,innovative ideas,systems and methods are needed to give it the priority in the school development strategy,making it standardized and efficient. In accordance with the idea of "introducing,retaining,and using well",schools should link talent introduction and training,combine the laws of higher education and the reality of schools,and solve the hot and difficult problems,attracting and cultivating more high-level talents.
