项目实施过程中,控制好物资设备采购总成本是决定项目能否盈利的关键因素之一。文中论述了工程项目物资设备采购成本控制的重要性,并对上述成本控制方法进行了比较详细的分析和探讨,抛砖引玉,以期引发讨论,达到提高项目物资设备采购管理水平的目的。
        Controlling of purchasing of the material and equipment total cost is one of the determinent factors of whether the construction project to be profitable or not. This essay discusses the importance of controlling the said cost and the methods of how to control it. The purpose of this essay is to improve the material and equipment purchasing cost management of the constrction projects.
