博鳌通道防水施工技术

摘要
防水施工是过河通道施工中关键的工序之一,其防水施工的管控直接关系到通道后期运营的质量、安全和寿命。海南省琼海市博鳌通道防水施工主要采用构件外包聚脲防水施工+高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材防水层,加强混凝土结构自防水施工方案。通道施工完毕后,各项防水要求达到设计及规范要求,对类似工程具有借鉴作用。
The waterproofing construction is one of the most critical processes in the construction of a river-crossing tunnel, and the management and control of waterproofing construction are directly related to the quality, safety and service life of the later operation of the passage. The waterproofing construction of Boao Tunnel in Qionghai City of Hainan Province chiefly adopts the construction schemes of the polyurea-wrapped waterproofing construction + polymer self-adhesive membrane waterproofing and the self-waterproofing of the strengthened-concrete-structure. When the construction of the passage is completed, the various waterproofing requirements for the project are found to be up to those of the design and the specifications. The project may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
