摘要

目的:研究脑内微小出血灶利用磁敏感加权成像诊断的价值。方法:选择我院2014年1月-2018年1月中的60例脑内微小出血灶患者进行研究,均接受磁敏感加权成像检查,分析诊断结果。结果:60例患者接受SWI诊断的符合率为83.33%,高于常规序列诊断率61.67%,P<0.05。结论:磁敏感加权成像用于脑内微小出血灶的诊断价值突出,值得临床推广。
        Objective: To study the value of magnetic sensitive weighted imaging in the diagnosis of microhemorrhagic in the brain. Methods: 60 patients with microhemorrhage in the brain from January2014 to January 2018 were enrolled in our hospital. All patients underwent magnetic-sensitive weighted imaging and analyzed the diagnosis. Results: The coincidence rate of 60 patients with SWI diagnosis was 83.33%, which was higher than the conventional sequence diagnosis rate of 61.67%, P <0.05.Conclusion: Magnetic sensitive weighted imaging is of great value in the diagnosis of microhemorrhage in the brain and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
