摘要
为研究外源补光对温室遮光部位黄瓜生长的影响,以‘绿剑’旱黄瓜为试验材料,在冬季对模拟温室墙下的植株分别进行补光,并以未补光植株作为对照,分别测定了在不同光照条件下,植株生长过程中的营养生长情况、相关生理生化指标以及光合作用中相关生化指标的变化情况。结果表明:处理W1较WCK的产量提高了146.96%,处理E1较ECK的产量提高了245.15%,说明通过一定的外源补光,能够有效地提高受到遮挡植株的各方面生理指标,最终达到提高产量的目的。
In order to study the effect of artificial light on cucumber which plant in greenhouse shading part, we used‘Hanhuanggua'as material, took supplemental lighting treatment to the plant in shading part. The nutrient growth, changes of related biochemical indexes and physiological and biochemical indexes of photosynthesis were measured under different light conditions. The results showed that the yield of treatment W1 increased 146.96% contrasted to treatment WCK, the yield of treatment E1 increased 245.15% contrasted to treatment ECK. We could made conclusion that the biochemical indexes of shaded cucumber could be enhanced by artificial light, and the yield of cucumber could be improved.
