摘要
为提高振动筛的处理能力,降低振动筛能耗,提出并设计了一种弹性耦合的三激振电机双层椭圆振动筛。通过对该振动筛的结构应力分析、模态分析、刚体动力学和刚柔耦合动力学分析,保证了所设计的振动筛强度和动态特性参数符合要求。样机的动态特性测试和现场试验表明,弹性耦合的两激振电机很好地实现了0°相位差附近的同步,振动筛的振动参数均衡稳定,完全达到了预期目标。
To enhance the processing capacity and reduce the energy consumption of vibrating screen,a new dual-deck linear shale shaker with elastic coupling tri-rotor system is proposed in this paper. Through the structural stress analysis,modal analysis,rigid body dynamics and rigid-flexible coupling dynamics analysis on the shale shaker,it is assured that the strength and dynamic characteristics of the designed shale shaker could meet the requirements. The dynamic characteristics tests of the prototype and the field tests show that the elastic coupled two exciting motors have achieved good synchronization in the vicinity of0? phase difference,and the vibration parameters of vibrating screen are stable equilibrium,which would fully achieve the design goals.
