摘要

近年来,随着我国市场经济的不断发展,市政工程建设也取得了长足的进步。投标报价则是市政造价工程的重要组成部分,报价的高低直接关系到投标企业的中标凡率和盈利的多寡。不平衡报价作为当前市政建设工程招标过程中的一种较为常用的投标报价方法,如果此种方法在具体的运用过程当中没有把握好尺度,极易成为废标。
        In recent years,with the continuous development of market economy,the municipal engineering construction has also made great progress.Bid price is an important part of the municipal construction project,the price level is directly related to the successful bidder of the probability of winning and the amount of profit.Unbalanced pricing as the current municipal construction project bidding process is a more common tender offer method,if this method in the specific application process does not grasp the scale,can easily become a bid.
