基于无热桥构造的围护结构热工性能比对研究

摘要
针对我国夏热冬冷地区的气候特征,围绕外墙保温错层布置、女儿墙保温构造、窗间墙安装、穿墙套管等四种无热桥构造方式,结合传统的设计方式进行模拟及节能性能对比分析。研究结果表明:被动式围护结构无热桥技术的保温性能相比传统围护结构做法的保温性能均有所提高,其中窗间墙无热桥构造和穿墙套管无热桥构造可显著提升局部外墙的保温性能,窗间墙无热桥构造在改善外窗整体热工性能上冬季明显好于夏季,由上海和哈尔滨地区的模拟结果对比表明,在严寒地区应用被动式围护结构无热桥技术的受益更为明显。
        Based on the climate characteristics in hot-summer and cold-winter zone in China,four types of building envelopes without heat bridge are simulated,including split-level arrangement of wall insulation, parapet wall insulation, exterior installation of windows and wall bushing insulation,comparing with the traditional design structure on energy saving performance. The results show that the insulation performance of passive envelope without heat bridge is superior to traditional way. Especially,the passive window and wall bushing structure can improve the insulation performance of local external wall markedly, and the passive window structure shows better thermal performance in winter. By comparing the simulation results in Shanghai and Harbin,the passive building envelope without heat bridge will be better choice in cold regions.
