摘要
目的了解贵州省燃煤污染型氟中毒重点病区8~12 y儿童尿氟变化,评价防治效果。方法在23个燃煤污染型氟中毒重点病区县,每县(市、区)按照东、西、南、北、中地理方位各抽取1个乡(镇),每乡(镇)抽取1所病区村小学,每所小学在3~6年级各随机抽取1个班,每班采集20名8~12 y儿童(男女各半)即时尿样,采用WS/T89-1996进行氟化物含量检测。结果 23个燃煤污染型氟中毒病区县,共检测8-12岁儿童尿氟9115份,几何均值为0.61mg/L,各县(市、区)8~12 y儿童尿氟几何均值都在正常值范围内,比2000年调查结果显著降低(P<0.05)。结论经过多年积极有效综合治理,我省燃煤污染型氟中毒重点病区氟污染水平得到较好控制,病区儿童尿氟水平已降至正常人群水平。
        Objective To investigate the changes of urine fluoride of children aged from 8 to 12 in coal-burning type endemic fluorosis areas in Guizhou Province,and to evaluate the effectiveness of prevention and control measures. Methods According to the Results of previous monitor,23 counties(cities,districts) were selected in Guizhou Province,one primary school was selected in each county(city,district),20 children aged from 8 to 12(50% of male and 50% of female) were selected in each school,Tested their urinary fluoride concentration by determination of fluoride in urine-Ion selective electrode method. Results A total of 9115 urine samples of children aged from 8 to 12 were tested,and the geometric mean of urinary fluoride was 0.61 mg/L. The geometric mean of urinary fluoride was in normal standards in each county(city,district),the results were significantly lower than in 2000. Conclusion The fluorine pollution levels were controlled,and the urinary fluoride of children has dropped to normal level through positive and effective comprehensive treatment for many years.
