基于PDCA循环原理的辅修双学位教学质量提升

摘要
随着20世纪70年代生物-心理-社会医学模式的提出,为培养医学生人文关怀精神,我国医科院校相继开展了辅修双学位制的实践,然而实施效果并未达到预期。本文以南方医科大学卫生管理学院为例,2018年4月通过深入访谈、官网数据了解到卫生管理学院辅修双学位实施问题,利用PDCA循环理论分析辅修双学位质量提升的路径,将PDCA循环原理应用到医学院校教学过程中,通过吸收PDCA循环的有益理念,对教学质量进行全程控制,为医科类院校培养兼具职业技能和人文素养的复合型人才提供建议,从而达到提高教学质量的目的。
With the bio-psycho-social medical model proposed in the 1970 s, in order to cultivate the humanistic care spirit of medical students,medical colleges and universities in China have carried out the practice of two-degree minor system, but the implementation effect has not reached the expectations. Taking the School of Health Management of Southern Medical University as an example, this paper, through in-depth interviews and official website data in April 2018, understands the implementation of the two-degree supplementary program in the School of Health Management, analyzes the path to improve the quality of the two-degree supplementary program by using the PDCA cycle theory, applies the PDCA cycle principle to the teaching process of medical colleges and universities,and absorbs the PDCA cycle. The beneficial idea of "ring" is to control the teaching quality in the whole process, and provide suggestions for medical colleges to cultivate compound talents with both vocational skills and humanistic qualities, so as to improve the teaching quality.
