摘要
目的检测细胞因子受体因子-1(CRLF1)、白细胞介素(IL)-6在寻常性银屑病患者皮损处真皮间充质干细胞(DMSCs)中的表达,并分析其与银屑病发病的关系。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)法测定15例银屑病患者皮损处DMSCs内CRLF1、IL-6水平的变化,并与银屑病皮损面积及严重度指数评分做相关性分析。另取15例健康的皮肤组织作为正常对照组。结果 (1)银屑病患者组CRLF1、IL-6水平低于正常对照组;(2)CRLF1、IL-6与银屑病皮损面积及严重度指数评分无明显相关性。结论 CRLF1、IL-6表达异常可能与银屑病免疫学JAK/STAT信号途径有关。
        Objective To examine the expression levels of cytokine receptor-like factor 1(CRLF1) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in dermal mesenchymal stem cells(DMSCs) of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,and to determine their relationship with pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods The changes of CRLF1 and IL-6 levels in DMSCs at skin lesions of 15 patients with psoriasis were determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR.The correlations analysis between the changes of levels and the area of psoriasis lesions and severity index scores were determined,respectively.Another15 normal subjects were included as the control group.Results(1) The levels of CRLF1 and IL-6 in the psoriasis group were lower than those in the normal control group.(2) There was no significant correlation between the levels of CRLF1 and IL-6 and the area of psoriasis lesions and severity index scores,respectively.Conclusion The abnormal expression of CRLF1 and IL-6 may be related to the immunological JAK/STAT signaling pathway of psoriasis.
