摘要
目的探讨远程缺血性预适应训练在缺血性脑血管病患者中的应用效果。方法选取攀枝花学院附属医院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的缺血性脑血管病患者64例,根据治疗方式分为对照组与观察组,每组32例。对照组患者采用常规方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用远程缺血性预适应训练,两组患者均治疗5个月。比较两组患者治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、脑梗死体积缩小率、脑血流及代谢改善率。结果治疗前两组患者NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者脑梗死体积缩小率、脑血流及代谢改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论远程缺血性预适应训练在缺血性脑血管病患者中的应用效果明显,可有效促进缺损神经功能恢复,缩小脑梗死体积,改善脑血流和代谢。
        Objective To investigate the application effect of long-range ischemic preconditioning training in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 64 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in Panzhihua College Affiliated Hospital,which were divided into control and observation group according to the way of treatment.The control group was treated with routine regimen,the observation group was treated with long-range ischemic preconditioning training based on control group,both groups were treated for 5 months.NIHSS score before and after treatment,cerebral infarction volume reduction rate,cerebral blood flow and metabolic improvement rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,observation group of NIHSS score was lower than control group(P<0.05).Observation group of cerebral infarction volume reduction rate,cerebral blood flow and metabolic improvement rate were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-range ischemic preconditioning training have a good effect in ischemic cerebrovascular disease,which can effectively promote the recovery of nerve function,reduce the volume of cerebral infarction and improve cerebral blood flow and metabolism.
