摘要
针对钢锭成材120 mm厚Q345R钢板探伤不合格情况,以探伤不合格部位为研究对象,借助金相显微镜、万能拉伸试验机及电镜能谱仪,从金相组织、夹杂物、拉伸断口等方面分析探伤不合格原因。结果表明:钢板探伤不合格主要由于钢板厚度1/2处存在尺寸较大、以Al_2O_3为主的脱氧产物夹杂物。结合现场实际提出针对性改进措施,减少钢水内生夹杂物,改善钢水纯净度,以达到提高钢板探伤合格率的目的。
        For the disqualified 120 mm thickness Q345 R steel plate from ingot in flaw detection,the causes of flaw detection disqualification are analyzed from aspects of metallographic structure,inclusion and tensile fracture by means of metallographic microscope,universal tensile testing machine and electron microscope after taking disqualified portion in flaw detection.The results show that the disqualification of steel plate in flaw detection is mainly due to Al_2O_3-based large deoxidation products at 1/2 plate thickness position.Corrective measures are taken according to the actual conditions at site,e.g.,reducing endogenous inclusions in molten steel,improving steel cleanliness, achieving the target of higher qualification rate of steel plate in flaw detection.
