摘要
通过电气绝缘强度测试研究了5 000,8 000,12 000,15 000 V这4种不同高压电场下,双酚A型环氧树脂WRS618A体系的电老化过程。结果表明,随电老化试验电场强度的增加,试样的电气绝缘强度呈下降趋势。通过对测试结果的分析拟合,得出树脂材料的老化寿命模型,并据此预测出WRS618A体系在10 000 V高压电场条件下的使用寿命约为3.7 a。
The electrical aging process of bisphenol A epoxy resin WRS618 A system under four different high voltage electric fields of 5 000,8 000,12 000 and 15 000 V was studied by electrical insulation strength test. The results showed that the electrical insulation strength of the sample was decreased with the increasing of electric field strength in the electric aging test. Through the analysis and fitting of the test results,the aging life model of the resin material was obtained,and the service life of the WRS618 A system under the high-voltage electric field of 10 000 V was predicted to be about 3. 7 a.
