摘要
以游梁式抽油机皮带减速箱为研究对象,面向紧凑空间下大数比减速传动系统,基于机构创新设计原理,提出活齿带轮结构集成设计方法。以核心传动部件—外激波滚柱活齿传动关键技术为研究对象,基于活齿啮合传动理论,建立动、静双坐标系,运用变换矩阵数值方法推导出中心轮齿形方程;以曲率半径与压力角作为传动性能评价指标,进行了中心轮齿数、激波系数和齿形系数等结构设计参数与性能影响关联分析,制定各参数合理选择区间。研究结果表明,合理的结构参数选取可以有效提高活齿减速带轮机构的传动特性,为集成活齿减速带轮机构的应用与开发奠定了基础。
        For large ratio of reduction transmission system under the compact space, integrated design method of movable teeth with belt pulley was proposed based on design principle of mechanism innovative with reduction gearbox in beam pumping unit. Taking core transmission component—external generating-wave roller movable teeth transmission as the research object and based on movable teeth meshing transmission theory, the tooth profile equation of central wheel was deduced by establishing dynamic and static double coordinate system and adopting coordinate transmission method. The curvature radius and pressure angle were used as the evaluation index of transmission performance, and the influence of structure design parameters, such as the teeth number of central wheel, shock wave coefficient and tooth profile coefficient on performance was analyzed to ascertain reasonable selection range of parameters. The results show that the reasonable structure parameters can enhance transmission characteristics,which lay foundation for the application and development of deceleration belt wheel mechanism integrated by movable teeth drive.
