高校图书馆开放存取资源建设的调查与分析

通过网络调查法对贵州省20所公办本科高等院校图书馆开放存取资源的建设及利用情况进行调查和分析,研究发现:贵州省高校图书馆在开放存取资源建设方面存在揭示高校数量较少、市(州)间建设不平衡、揭示名称多样化、组织方式单一等问题,针对这些问题提出规范开放存取资源名称、加大宣传力度、对开放存取资源进行有效整合、体现各学校的学科特色等建议。
The article investigates the construction and utilization of open access resources in libraries of 20 public undergraduate colleges and universities in Guizhou Province. The results indicate that there are some problems in the construction of open access resources, such as the small number of universities,the unbalanced construction between cities(prefectures), the diversity of names, and the singleness of organization and so on in Guizhou Province. Several suggestions are put forward, such as standardizing the name of open access resources, increasing publicity efforts, integration of open access resources and embodying the discipline characteristics of universities. It is of great significance to construct the digital resources of university libraries in Guizhou Province, where funds are relatively scarce.
