摘要

冷冲压模具是现代工业生产中的主要工具,同时也是保证工业生产质量的前提条件,因此在应用冷冲压模具的过程中,需要采取正确的使用方法,同时对其展开有效保养。基于此,分析了冷冲压模具的使用方法,并研究冷冲压模具的保养措施,其中主要包括优化冷冲压模具的结构、合理确定冷冲压模具中的间隙、科学保养冷冲压模具材料、正确应用冷冲压模具热处理工艺以及提升冷冲压模具的加工质量五方面内容。
        Cold stamping die is the main tool in modern industrial production,and also the precondition to ensure the quality of industrial production.Therefore,in the process of applying cold stamping die,it is necessary to use the correct method of use and carry out effective maintenance at the same time.Based on this,this paper will analyze the use method of cold stamping die,and study the maintenance measures of cold stamping die,including optimizing the structure of cold stamping die,reasonably determining the gap in cold stamping die,scientifically maintaining the material of cold stamping die,correctly applying the heat treatment process of cold stamping die and improving the processing quality of cold stamping die.
