油田注汽锅炉热损分析及降耗措施

摘要
在油田企业中,注汽锅炉消耗的能量是非常多的,在运行过程中,主要的燃料就是天然气、原油。因此应该通过采取有效的方法降低注汽锅炉的能源消耗,以提升石油企业的经济效益以及社会效益。主要对油田注汽锅炉的能量损耗问题进行分析,并且提出降低能源消耗的措施。
In oil?eld enterprises,the energy consumed by steam injection boilers is very large.During operation,the main fuels are natural gas and crude oil.Therefore,the energy consumption of the steam injection boiler should be reduced by adopting a very effective method,so that the economic bene?ts and social bene?ts of the oil enterprise can be effectively improved.In this article,we mainly analyze the energy loss of oil-?red steam injection boilers,and propose measures to reduce energy consumption.
