摘要
通过对转炉终点、出钢下渣质控点的控制以降低钢水初始氧;采用LF快速成渣、稳定白渣时间、钙处理等去除夹杂物;并在连铸加强保护浇注以减少钢水二次氧化以及留钢操作,避免卷渣影响钢水纯净度等各工序的关键质控点控制,最终实现42CrMoA合金结构钢的开发,且钢中非金属夹杂物等级满足要求。
By controlling the end point of converter and the quality control point of slag under tapping, the initial oxygen of molten steel can be reduced; inclusions can be removed by LF rapid slagging, white slag stabilization time, calcium treatment and so on; and the key quality control point control points in the process of reducing secondary oxidation of molten steel and retaining steel operation, avoiding slag coiling affecting the purity of molten steel, etc. are strengthened in continuous casting, finally the development of 42 CrMoA alloy structural steel is realized. The grade of non-metallic inclusions in steel meets the requirements.
