摘要
以某自润滑杆端向心关节轴承无载启动力矩为控制指标,通过压装试验分析压配和收压工序对轴承无载启动力矩的影响,并通过材料成形仿真分析压配、收压工序和推出试验对轴承接触性能的影响。结果表明:压配和收压阶段对轴承的无载启动摩擦力矩影响较大,收压阶段使摩擦力矩明显下降。最后,根据加工水平和试验分析结果确定了满足性能指标要求的杆端座孔与轴承外圈的配合量和收压参数。
        The no-load starting torque of a rod end self-lubricating spherical plain bearing is taken as control index.The influence of press-fit and press-down processes on no-load starting torque of the bearing is analyzed by press assembly test,and the influence of press-fit,press-down processes and push-off test on contact performance of the bearing is analyzed by material forming simulation. The results show that the no-load starting friction torque of the bearing is greatly affected by press-fit and press-down stages,and the friction torque decreases significantly during press-down stage. Finally,according to processing level and test analysis results,the fit between rod end hole and outer ring and press-down parameters that meet performance index requirements are determined.
