生物绒与羽绒服用性能对比分析

摘要
比较生物绒与羽绒的性能差异。观察了生物绒和羽绒的外观形态结构;测试了生物绒和羽绒的保暖性能和压缩性能。结果表明:30cm×30cm生物绒和羽绒的填充量相同时,生物绒的保暖性低于羽绒;生物绒填充量达到27g时的保暖效果等同于填充量为18g羽绒的保暖效果;生物绒相对于羽绒更容易被压缩变形;生物绒和羽绒都具有优异的蓬松度;生物绒的弹性回复性能要低于羽绒。认为:生物绒是较好的保暖材料,羽绒的各项性能仍优于生物绒。
        The property differences between biological velvet and down were compared.The appearance morphological structures of biological velvet and down were observed.The warmth property and compressibility of biological velvet and down were tested.The test results showed that the warmth property of biological velvet was lower than down when the filling weight of biological velvet and down were the same 30cm×30cm.When the filling weight of biological velvet was 27 g,the warmth effect of biological velvet was equivalent to that of down with 18 g filling weight.Compared with down,biological velvet was easier to be deformed after compression.Both biological velvet and down had excellent filling power.The elastic recovery of biological velvet was lower than that of down.It is considered that biological velvet is a better warmth retention material.All properties of down are better than those of biological velvet.
