摘要
预制夹心保温墙体中通常采用GFRP(玻纤加固复合材料)拉结件,该材料强度高、耐久性好,且具有较低的传热系数,在保证拉结件承载能力的基础上,可有效防止墙体中出现热桥。根据拉结件的实际受力条件,结合GFRP材料性能参数,合理地设计拉结件构造形式及尺寸,并通过试验验证,从而开发承载力较大的GFRP拉结件。
GFRP( glass-fiber-reinforced polymer) connector is widely used in prefabricated sandwich insulation walls due to its excellent strength,durability,as well as its lower heat transfer coefficient,which efficiently prevents thermal bridges through the walls. GFRP connector with high bearing capacity is developed by designing reasonable structure and sizes according to the connector 's actual working condition and performance parameters of GFRP material. Relating experiments are carried out to verify the connector's bearing capacity.
