摘要
为比较以采暖空调能耗及室内热环境作为评价建筑围护结构设计优劣标准的差异,本文以长沙某宿舍楼为分析对象,采用热不舒适率(TDCR)作为建筑室内长期热环境评价指标,通过改变建筑的外墙传热系数,遮阳系数和窗墙比等围护结构参数,针对围护结构对采暖空调能耗及TDCR指标的影响进行了分析。研究结果表明采暖空调能耗和TDCR指标之间具有较强的相关性,但各围护结构因素对采暖空调能耗和室内热环境影响的趋势和灵敏度不同。
        To compare the difference between the energy consumption index and indoor long-term thermal environment index, a dormitory building model in Changsha was built, and the Thermal Discomfort Rate(TDCR) was used to evaluate the indoor long-term thermal environment in this paper. The influences of envelops on the energy consumption and indoor long-term thermal environment were analyzed by changing heat-transfer coefficient of exterior wall, shading coefficient and area ratio of window to wall respectively. Results show a clear relationship between energy consumption and TDCR, however the trend and sensitivities of envelopes for energy consumption and TDCR are various.
