手部岛状皮瓣修复手指及手皮肤软组织缺损的效果

摘要
目的观察分析手指及手皮肤软组织缺损治疗中应用手部岛状皮瓣修复所具有的治疗效果。方法选取2014年6月～2018年10月本院接受手指及手皮肤软组织缺损修复治疗的患者32例作为研究对象,进行回顾性分析,根据患者修复部位及治疗术式的选择,其中接受逆行岛状皮瓣修复术患者21例,接受血管神经缔岛状皮瓣修复术患者11例。结果经皮瓣修复后,皮瓣一次性成活率共计为90.63%,术后并发症共计3例,经预后治疗皮瓣均成活。且治疗6月后,根据患者修复皮瓣神经功能、体感及手指形态等功能评估后,修复优良率为93.75%。结论应用手部岛状皮瓣修复术对于手指及手皮肤软组织缺损具有较好的临床修复效果,且皮瓣成活率较高,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of hand island ?aps in the treatment of skin and soft tissue defects of ?ngers and hands.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 32 cases of ?nger and hand skin and soft tissue defect repaired in our hospital from June 2014 to October 2018.According to the site of repair and the choice of treatment methods,21 cases received retrograde island ?aps repaired and 11 cases received vascular nerve island ?aps repaired.Results After percutaneous ?ap repair, the one-time survival rate of the ?ap was 90.63%.There were 3 cases of complications after operation.All the ?aps survived after prognosis treatment.After 6 months of treatment,the excellent rate of repair was 93.75% according to the functional evaluation of nerve function,somatosensation and ?nger morphology.Conclusion The application of hand island ?aps in the repair of?nger and hand skin and soft tissue defects has a good clinical effect, and the survival rate of the ?aps is high, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
