妇产科临床中阴道流血病因及诊疗方法

摘要
目的探究分析妇产科临床中阴道流血病因,根据其发病原因不同总结不同的诊疗方法。方法筛取2017年5月～2018年5月内我院妇产科接诊的80例阴道流血患者的病例资料进行,通过统计分析对其的发病原因和治疗方法进行总结。结果患者发病病因较多,以妊娠异常和子宫肌瘤为主[1]。结论通过对患者的发病原因对患者的治疗方式进行有效总结,对于提高患者的治愈效果和治愈率具有重要作用,能够有效减轻患者疼痛,值得进行临床借鉴。
Objective To analyze the etiology of vaginal bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology clinical practice, and to summarize different methods of diagnosis and treatment according to the causes of the disease. Methods The data of 80 cases of vaginal bleeding patients who were admitted to our department of obstetrics and gynecology from May 2017 to May 2018 were screened. The causes and treatment methods were summarized by statistical analysis. Results The cause of the disease was more common in patients with pregnancy abnormalities and uterine fibroids [1]. Conclusion Effectively summarizing the treatment of patients with the cause of the disease has an important effect on improving the healing effect and cure rate of patients, and can effectively alleviate the pain of patients, which is worthy of clinical reference.
