摘要

学历教育与非学历教育接轨是时代发展的必然趋势,文章从学历教育与非学历教育的概念界定、学历教育与非学历教育接轨的必要性和重要性、学历教育与非学历教育在高校教育教学发展过程中存在的问题,提出促进学历教育与非学历教育融合发展的策略和途径,从而为构建终身教育体系和学习型社会提供强有力的保证。
        The Integration of academic education and non-academic education is the inevitable trend of the educational development. This paper defines the concept of academic education and non-academic education, the necessity and importance of academic education and non-academic education, the problems existing in the development process of academic education and non-academic education in colleges and universities, puts forward the strategies and approaches to promote the development of academic education and non-academic education integration, to provide a powerful guarantee for constructing a lifelong education system and learning society.
