摘要
为了解广西柳州市山羊规模养殖场小反刍兽疫母源抗体动态,从6个山羊规模养殖场(3个圈养场、3个放养场)随机采集173份免疫母羊所产羔羊血清,通过阻断酶联免疫吸附方法,检测羔羊体内小反刍兽疫母源抗体水平。检测结果显示:73份血清样品中,小反刍兽疫抗体阳性55份,抗体阳性率为31.79%;羔羊的小反刍兽疫母源抗体受母羊免疫时间与次数,即免疫抗体水平有关,同时也与羔羊的断奶时间和日龄有关;60日龄以内羔羊的平均抗体阳性率为62%,60日龄以后下降至30%以下。结果表明:对羔羊的最早免疫时间为60日龄左右;羔羊母源抗体水平受多种因素影响,其消长水平并不一致,需要根据监测结果制定合理的免疫程序。
        In order to recognize the dynamic change of maternal antibody against peste des ruminants(PPR)in largescale goat farms in Liuzhou City of Guangxi,173 serum samples of lambs were collected from 6 large-scale goat farms,the lambs were born from ewes that had already immunized with PPR vaccines. The antibody levels in lambs were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results showed that,among the 173 samples,55 of them were PPR-positive,with a positive rate of 31.79%. The PPR maternal antibody level of the lambs was related to the immune time and frequency of the ewes,which was also related to the weaning time of lambs. In addition,the average positive rate of antibody in lambs within 60 days of age was 62%,while the rate in lambs over 60 days dropped to less than 30%. As a conclusion,the earliest immunization time for lambs was about 60 days old. The maternal antibody in lambs could be influenced by many factors,there wasn't a consistent trend for all the lambs,therefore it was necessary to formulate a reasonable immunization program based on the monitoring results.
