微针导入氨甲环酸联合疏肝活血汤治疗黄褐斑临床观察

摘要
目的观察微针导入氨甲环酸联合疏肝活血汤治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法将60例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组单纯采用疏肝活血汤口服,观察组加用微针导入氨甲环酸治疗。两组均以4周为1个疗程,3个疗程后,观察临床疗效,同时记录不良反应。结果两组临床疗效分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后皮损总积分显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组皮损积分降低值显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微针导入氨甲环酸联合疏肝活血汤是治疗黄褐斑的有效方法之一。
        Objective To investigate clinical effect of microneedle for importing tranexamic acid combined with Shugan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of chloasma.Methods A total of 60 patients with chloasma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patient in the control group were given oral Shugan Huoxue Decoction alone,and those in the observation group were treated with the microneedle for importing tranexamic acid in addition to the treatment in the control group.Each course of treatment was four weeks,and after three courses of treatment,clinical outcome was observed and adverse events were recorded.Results There was a significant difference in the distribution of clinical outcomes between the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group.Both groups had a significant reduction in total score of skin lesions after treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had a significantly greater reduction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microneedle for importing tranexamic acid combined with Shugan Huoxue Decoction is an effective method for the treatment of chloasma.
