复方阿替卡因在患者口腔种植手术中的麻醉效果及对血压和心率的影响

摘要
目的分析复方阿替卡因在患者口腔种植手术中的麻醉效果。方法将我院收治的86例口腔种植手术患者根据住院床号奇偶性分为试验组和对照组,各43例。对照组采用盐酸利多卡因麻醉,试验组采用复方阿替卡因麻醉。比较两组的麻醉效果、麻醉起效时间、血压及心率变化、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组的麻醉总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的麻醉起效时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。术中及术后6 min,试验组的舒张压、收缩压及心率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方阿替卡因应用于口腔种植手术中,麻醉效果确切,且麻醉起效时间较短,不良反应少,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of compound articaine in oral implant surgery. Methods A total of86 patients undergoing oral implant surgery treated in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group according to the hospital bed number parity, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received lidocaine hydrochloride anesthesia, and the experimental group received compound articaine anesthesia. The anesthetic effects, anesthesia onset time, changes in blood pressure and heart rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total anesthesia efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The onset time of anesthesia in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). The diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and heart rate at intraoperative and 6 min after surgery in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The compound articaine used in oral implant surgery has an exact anesthetic effect, and the onset time of anesthesia is short, with little adverse reactions, it is worth learning from.
