摘要
目的对比不同年龄段健康人的肾皮髓质D值、D~*值、f值差异并初步建立相应年龄段的体素不相干运动(IVIM)指标参考值。方法招募48名30~69岁健康志愿者,男性26名,女性22名,年龄32~69岁,平均(52±13)岁,按10岁年龄梯度分4组进行扫描获得双肾IVIM各参数数值。结果正常肾脏皮质D值、D~*值和f值分别为(1.25±0.18)×10~(-3) mm~2/s、(20.88±9.73)×10~(-3) mm~2/s和(35.55±12.91)%,髓质D值、D~*值和f值分别为(0.96±0.20)×10~(-3)mm~2/s、(13.78±6.38)×10~(-3)mm~2/s和(33.57±0.87)%。肾皮质与髓质的D值、D~*值和f值差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05);左、右侧肾皮质的D值、D~*值、f值差异无统计学意义,30~69岁范围内,随着年龄的增加,两肾的皮质、髓质D值、D~*值、f值有逐渐轻微增加趋势,到60岁后开始出现轻度下降,经ANOVA检验分析,两肾皮质、髓质的各年龄段D值、D~*值、f值的差异无统计学意义。肾皮质和髓质D值、D~*值、f值与年龄、性别相关程度不高。结论健康人群肾皮质的D值、D~*值、f值较髓质高,与左右、年龄及性别相关程度较低。
        Objective To compare the D, D~* and f value of healthy kidneys in different age groups and establish a reference intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion-weighted imaging(IVIM-DWI) values for each age group. Methods Forty-eight healthy volunteers aged from 30 to 69 were recruited to undergo kidney IVIM-DWI examination, including 26 males and 22 females, with an average of(52±13) years old. The IVIM parameters of kidneys were obtained for 4 groups of volunteers which were divided by 10 years age gradient. Results The D, D~* and f values of the cortical were(1.25 ±0.18)×10~(-3) mm~2/s、(20.88 ±9.73) ×10~(-3) mm~2/s vs(35.55 ±12.91)%, respectively. And the D, D~*and f values of the medullary were(0.96±0.20)×10~(-3) mm~2/s、(13.78±6.38)×10~(-3) mm~2/s vs(33.57±0.87)%. The difference of D, D~* and f value of renal cortex and medulla were statistically significant(P<0.05). The D, D~* and f value of the left and right renal cortex were not significantly different, between age 30 to 59, with the increase of age, the D,D~*and f value of the cortex and medulla are gradually increasing slightly,and began to decrease slightly after age 60.Us-ing ANOVA test to analyze the differences between the cortex and medullary levels of D, D~* and f value, the result showed no significant differences for different ages groups.D, D~* and f value of the kidney of cortex and medulla have low correlation with age, gender. Conclusion D, D~* and f value of the cortex of normol kidneys were significantly higher than those of the medulla, and low correlation with left or right, age, gender.
