风险管理在精神科护理管理中的运用及效果探究

摘要
目的探究风险管理在精神科护理管理中的运用效果。方法将2016年6月—2017年6月该院精神科实行常规管理的60例患者划分为对照组,将2017年7月—2018年7月该院精神科实行风险管理的60例患者划分为观察组;对比两组患者的不良事件发生率及护理质量评分。结果对比治疗效果发现,对照组不良反应发生率为15.00%与观察组1.67%相比,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比治疗效果发现,对照组护理文书书写、规范服务、病房管理及健康宣教各项指标与观察组相比,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神科护理管理实行风险管理的效果显著,不止能大大降低不良事件发生率,更能保证护理管理服务质量,取得令人满意的管理效果。
Objective To explore the effect of risk management in psychiatric nursing management. Methods From June2016 to June 2017, 60 patients who underwent routine management in our psychiatric department were divided into control group. 60 patients with risk management in our department from July 2017 to July 2018 were divided into the observation group; compared the incidence of adverse events and the quality of care were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing the therapeutic effects, the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 15.00% compared with 1.67%in the observation group. The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The differences between the writing, standardizing services, ward management and health education indicators were significantly different from those of the observation group. The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of risk management in psychiatric nursing management is remarkable. It can not only greatly reduce the incidence of adverse events, but also ensure the quality of nursing management services and achieve satisfactory management results.
