摘要
对赋能的概念及其产生背景进行了介绍,并对将赋能思维引入建筑企业集团的必要性进行了分析。从赋能平台的建立、赋能授权的要素、赋能思维下的发展战略等方面,对建筑企业集团的发展战略该如何制订提出了相应的建议,以期为建筑企业集团的管理提供新的思路。
This paper introduces the concept of empowerment and its background, and analyzes the necessity of introducing empowerment thinking into construction enterprise group. From the aspects of the establishment of empowerment platform, the elements of empowerment, and the development strategy under empowerment thinking,this paper also puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to formulate the development strategy of construction enterprise group, so as to provide new ideas for the management of construction enterprise group.
