摘要
<正>当心脏处于衰老、心肌缺血和高血压等生理病理刺激下,心脏会异常增大,从而导致病理性心肌肥厚的发生。目前,对于病理性心肌肥厚的发生机制,主要包括结构蛋白的基因突变,分子信号通路的改变,亚细胞器的变化和细胞间信息交流障碍等。本文主要从自噬的概述及分子学基础、病理性心肌肥厚中的自噬及调节、问题与展望等方面进行综述。1自噬的概述自噬是一个保守的代谢过程,通常将细胞内衰老、变性、受损的细胞器及蛋白质运送至溶酶体中降解成有用的物质,
