摘要
燃煤机组正常运行时,控制方式通常为CCS模式。本文以1050MW超超临界机组为例,分析一起机组额定负荷运行时控制方式由CCS模式自动切至BF模式的异常事件,并提出防范措施。为同类型机组在相同工况运行时的逻辑优化以及负荷上限设置提供参考。
When coal-fired units are in normal operation, the control mode is usually CCS mode. Taking 1050 MW ultra-supercritical unit as an example, this paper analyses an abnormal event in which the control mode of rated load operation of unit is automatically cut from CCS mode to BF mode, and puts forward preventive measures. It can provide reference for logic optimization and load upper limit setting of the same type units under the same operating conditions.
