工作流技术在技术服务平台中的设计与实现

摘要
通常大中型企事业单位的协同办公管理系统的处理文件时间较长,文件在部门之间流转时间更长,使系统达不到提高工作效率,提高部门之间协同合作的能力,导致部门公信力逐渐下降。运用工作流技术能够实现系统的过程建模、节点建模以及工作项与活动节点的有关操作,并且系统流程中也可以加入柔性节点的方式,能让系统快速响应外部环境的变化,提升处理问题的效率。通过对工作流引擎的探索,分析了目前技术服务平台开发所存在的问题与不足,运用工作流技术解决了对各个部门和组织的分层管理,以及各个流程在整体业务中的监控管理,并且缩短了在各部门之中的协同时间,最终改善了技术服务平台中工作效率低下、过程不规范、管理过程不可见等问题。
        In general,the collaborative office management system of large and medium-sized enterprises and institutions takes a long time to process documents,and the document circulation time between departments is longer,which makes the system unable to improve the work efficiency and enhance the cooperation between departments,resulting in the gradual decline of the credibility of the department. The use of workflow technology can achieve system process modeling,node modeling and related operations of work items and active nodes,and the system process can also be added to flexible nodes,allowing the system to quickly respond to changes in the external environment,improving efficiency for solving problem. Through the exploration of the workflow engine,the existing problems and shortcomings in the development of the technology service platform are analyzed. The workflow management technology is used to solve the hierarchical management of various departments and organizations,and the monitoring and management of each process in the overall business. The coordination time among various departments has been shortened,and the problems such as low work efficiency in the technical service platform,non-standard process,and invisible management process have been solved.
