“双一流”建设和“互联网+”背景下医院图书馆用户信息需求分析与精准信息服务

摘要
调查分析医院图书馆的用户信息需求,为实现精准信息服务提供科学参考。根据用户最常使用的数据库类型、文献类型和使用数据库资源时最常遇到的问题,分析他们希望获得的学科服务和开展的讲座培训内容等需求特征,提出医院图书馆应以用户需求出发,树立主动化、联盟化的信息服务理念,提供便捷化、精准化的医学信息资源,形成个性化、专业化的信息服务模式等建议,为医院医疗、教学、科研快速发展提供有力信息支撑。
The information need of hospital library users was analyzed in order to provide scientific reference for precision information service. The characteristics of subject service and the contents of lecture given by hospital library were analyzed according to the types of database and literature often used by the hospital library users and the problems confronted with by the hospital library users when they were using the databases with suggestions put forward for hospitals to rapidly develop their medical service,teaching and scientific research by establishing the initiative and leagued information service concept,providing the easily available precision medical information resources,forming the individual and special information service patterns.
