关于征信机构名称“行业或经营特点”字样的思考

摘要
我国征信机构"行业或经营特点"字样未统一,但其命名有一定规律。对比分析境外部分地区征信机构名称,以及中国典型金融机构名称和部分商务服务机构名称,认为征信机构"行业或经营特点"字样存在阶段、规模、认识,以及业务变更、业务兼营、工商核名等多种原因,提出名单发布、团体标准、窗口指导等有效措施,规范征信机构"行业或经营特点"字样,达到统一征信业整体形象、打造中国征信业品牌的目的。
Though Chinese credit reporting agencies differ in the use of Chinese characters"hangye"( industry) and"jingying tedian"( operating characteristics) in their names,they demonstrate certain rules in naming. By comparatively analyzing the names of some credit reporting agencies abroad and those of typical financial institutions and some businesses service agencies in Chinese mainland,this article argues that the difference of the Chinese characters "hangye"and "jingying tedian"used in the names of Chinese credit reporting agencies is attributed to various factors,including the developing phase,scale,and the views on credit reporting of these institutions and agencies,change of their businesses,concurrent running of businesses,and name checking of existing companies,etc. Effective measures,such as the publication of name list,association standards formulation,and window guidance,are put forward to standardize the use of "hangye"and "jingying tedian"by credit reporting agencies,thus achieving the aim of unifying the overall image and building the brand of Chinese credit reporting industry.
