摘要
煤炭开采过程中应用最广泛的采煤设备为螺旋滚筒式采煤机,其作业的最关键部件是螺旋滚筒。为了提高螺旋滚筒式采煤机的可靠性,主要探讨了采煤机螺旋滚筒的磨损原因,并提出了采煤机螺旋滚筒的修复工艺。结果表明,该采煤机螺旋滚筒修复工艺是基于实际的维修测试的,是切实可行的,符合现场生产作业要求,可在煤炭开采作业过程中广泛应用。
        The most widely used mining equipment in coal mining process is screw drum shearer. The most critical part of its operation is spiral drum. In order to improve the reliability of the screw drum shearer, this paper mainly discussed the wear reason of the screw drum of the shearer and put forward the repair technology of the screw drum of the shearer. The results showed that the repair technology of the shearer spiral drum was based on the actual maintenance and testing, was feasible and met the requirements of field production and could be widely used in the process of coal mining.
