摘要
为了快速拆除综采工作面液压支架,以93602工作面为研究背景,探索了综采工作面液压支架快速拆除新工艺。通过实践证明,该拆除工艺不仅可大大降低工人的劳动强度,还可缩短工作面拆除工期。将该工艺应用于工作面的安装作业中,可提高矿井安拆工作面安全高效性。该工艺可以在其他矿区中被推广应用,有较强的应用价值。
        In order to quickly remove the hydraulic support in the fully mechanized mining face, a new technology for the rapid removal of the hydraulic support in the fully mechanized mining face is explored based on the research background of 93602 working face. It has been proved by practice that the demolition process can not only greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers, but also shorten the time limit for demolition of the working face. The application of this technology to the installation of the working face can improve the safety and efficiency of the coal mine working face. This process can be widely used in other mining areas and has strong application value.
