福建省产业结构升级的省际比较与经验借鉴——基于就业效应视角

摘要
产业结构升级对一个省的未来竞争力具有决定性作用,其成功实现需要合理的就业结构。对比福建在产业结构变动、产业就业结构变动和产业就业效率现状方面与北京、上海、广东和浙江几个较发达省市以及全国平均水平之间的差异,借鉴先进省市在产业结构升级的经验与启示,结合福建的产业结构现状,从就业效应视角提出相应的产业结构升级的建议。
As the upgrading of industrial structure plays a decisive role in the future competitiveness of a province, the successful realization of it requires a reasonable employment structure. Based on the current situation of the industrial structure in Fujian, the corresponding countermeasures for industrial structure upgrading are proposed from the perspective of employment effect by comparing Fujian's industrial structure changes, industrial employment structure changes and industrial employment efficiency with those in several developed provinces and municipalities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Zhejiang and the national average, and thus borrowing their experiences and enlightenment.
