摘要
目的:以倒地铃单体成分蒲公英赛醇、3β-赤杨醇为研究对象,对其体外α-葡萄糖酶抑制活性进行筛选。方法:应用体外α-葡萄糖酶抑制模型对倒地铃两种单体成分进行α-糖酶抑制活力的测定。结果:3β-赤杨醇、蒲公英赛醇对α-糖酶均具有较高的抑制活性,其IC_(50)值分别为0.75mg/mL和0.82mg/mL。结论:倒地铃两种单体成分均具有较好的α-葡萄糖酶抑制活性,具有广泛的应用前景和较大的开发价值。
        Objective:To screenα-Glucosidase inhibitory activity of 3β-hydroxyglutin-5-ene and taraxerol isolated fromCardiospermum halicacabum L.Methods:The inhibitory activity of these two compounds for theα-glucosidase were determined by in vitro experiments.Results:These two compounds were all showed high inhibitory activity at the same time and close to acarbose(IC_(50)=0.80 mg/mL)to a certain degree,the IC_(50) of which was 0.75 mg/mL and 0.82 mg/mL,respectively.Conclusion:Two compositions fromCardiospermum halicacabum L.were all showedα-Glucosidase inhibitory,which had a great range of potential utilities and a prospect of development.
