体操倒置和翻转类器械的创新与应用

摘要
"倒置和翻转类动作"是体操运动的核心内容,针对该动作的危险和难度问题,运用文献资料法、实验法、调查法、数理统计法,对发明的实用新型专利"多功能倒悬垂健身器械""体操教学训练、健身娱乐前后、左右空翻器械""前后、左右滚翻器械""肋木倒立架"等4类器械进行1个学年的实验和调查分析,进一步证实这4类器械在学校体育教学中具有安全、动作容易、可操作性强、愉悦身心的优势。这些器械的发明和应用可以使"倒置和翻转类动作"变得更容易,有利于此类动作在学校体育和全民健身中的广泛普及和开展。
"Inverting and rotating actions"are the core contents in gymnastics. Aiming at the risk and difficulty of the actions, using the methods of literature review, experiment, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the present research has conducted an experimental survey for an academic year on the newly invented patent"multifunctional inverted hang fitness equipment","front-back and left-right rotation apparatus for gymnastics teaching & training, fitness and entertainment", "front-back and left-right rotation apparatus"and"inverted rack of ribs", and further confirmed that these 4 types of apparatuses have the advantages of being safe, easy,operatable and pleasurable in the school sports teaching. The invention and application of these apparatuses can make "inverting and rotating actions"easier, and is conducive to the popularization and development of such movements in school sports and national fitness.
