骨内翻转法矫治埋伏倒置阻生前牙

摘要
目的:探讨使用骨内翻转法矫治冠根倒置合并牙根发育异常的埋伏阻生前牙保存治疗的可行性。方法:对9例10个冠根倒置埋伏合并牙根严重弯曲的上颌前牙,通过固定矫治器开拓间隙,进行开窗闭合式导萌术合并正畸牵引技术,即在牙冠的舌侧,唇侧两次粘贴附件,实施导萌矫治。结果:有8例共9个患牙正畸导萌牵引成功,另1例患牙因冠根成角近90°,导萌后牙根突出于唇侧牙槽骨,后期因牙齿Ⅲ°松动而拔除。结论:牙根严重弯曲的埋伏倒置阻生前牙,实施骨内翻转进行正畸导萌矫治是有效的和可行的。
AIM: To study the possibility of treatment of the impacted and inverted anterior teeth in the alveolar bone. METHODS: 9 cases with 10 impacted and inverted teeth were treated with guide-erupt operation,namely the hooks were firstly bonded at the lingual and then the labial sides of the crowns which were drawing out with the modified trans-palatal apparatus( TPA). The teeth were artificialy erupted. RESULTS: 8 cases with 9 teeth successfully were treated. treatment in 1 case was failed since the crown and root were with 90° bending. The tooth was too lose and was finally extracted. CONCLUSION: The impacted and inverted anterior teeth can be treated by the crown overturn in alveolar bone with guide-erupt operation.
