摘要

火力发电厂厂外生产供水管道一般都是口径较大的构件,且输送距离较远,故普遍采用钢管、铸铁管、混凝土管等,但钢管、铸铁管的内腐蚀问题难以解决,极易发生接口断裂、造成停工停产等重大问题。经研究,采用涂塑复合钢管双密封焊接施工技术,较好地解决了上述问题,其应用前景广阔。
        The off-site production of water supply pipelines for the thermal power plants are generally larger in diameter and far in transmission distance,to this end,the steel pipe,cast iron pipe and concrete pipe,etc.are widely used.However,the internal corrosion of steel pipe and cast iron pipe is difficult to solve,and it is very easy to cause interface fracture,shutdown and other major problems.Through research,the above problems are solved by using the doubleseal welding technology of plastic-coated composite steel pipes and its application prospect is broad.
