高等院校辅导员工作中的自我损耗因素与不利影响

<正>我国高等院校辅导员制度历经了60多年发展,其内涵不断与时俱进。2006年教育部指出:"作为高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍重要组成部分,辅导员兼备教师和干部职责。辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高等院校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。辅导员应该努力成为学生的人生指路人和健康成长的知心
