新时代如何继续弘扬和持续培育抗震救灾精神——基于“5·12”汶川特大地震十年来的回顾与反思

摘要
抗震救灾精神是中华民族精神的重要组成部分,它在历次地震救灾与重建中发挥了凝心聚力、共克难关的重要作用。新时代继续弘扬和持续培育抗震救灾精神仍然具有重大现实意义。然而,近十年来,抗震救灾精神的关注度正在逐年降低,甚至正走向被淡化的边缘。在非抗震救灾时期,抗震救灾精神的持续弘扬应紧紧抓住可持续性建设这一关键,以制度化保障强化持续培育的动力机制,汇聚抗震救灾精神弘扬的合力,通过持续发挥其作为经济社会发展的信念支撑和强大动力的实践指导作用,使其继续弘扬和持续培育不仅必要而且可行。
The spirit of earthquake relief is an important part of the Chinese national spirit,which has played an important role in uniting the people and overcoming difficulties in the earthquake relief. In the new era of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it has been entrusted with the new expectations of " strong driving force" and " the spirit of The Times". Therefore,it is of great practical significance to cultivate the spirit of earthquake relief. However,in the past decade,no matter in the field of ideological and theoretical research or in the field of social practice,the attention paid to the spirit of earthquake relief has been decreasing year by year,or even moving towards the edge of being weakened and diluted. This situation actually reveals a core problem,that is,in the period without earthquakes,how can the spirit of earthquake relief continue to carry forward? The spirit of earthquake relief can be developed by focusing on its sustainability under the premise of a mature regulation. All the elements of the spirit of earthquake relief can be gathered again to serve as the faith and motivation in developing today's economy and society,which,in return,develops the content and proves the significance of the spirit of earthquake relief.
