摘要

腈纶与其它化学纤维(涤纶、锦纶和丙纶)相比有明显的特点,是化学纤维中最接近羊毛和棉纤维的品种。目前我国腈纶产业的状况是:产能有待于提高,品种和质量无法满足需求,市场价格波动较大,利润较低,天然纤维占据了一定的市场份额。我国腈纶进口量相当大,其中主要为差别化品种腈纶。开发差别化腈纶新品种势在必行。本文介绍了作为腈纶的主要发展方向的差别化纤维领域的现状,从各种差别化纤维的性能和应用两个方面进行了阐述和分析。
        Acrylic Fibers have distinguished features compared to other chemical fibers(polyester,nylon and polypropylene) which are the closest varieties to the wool and cotton fibers. Currently, the situation of acrylic fibers in China is that the capacity needed to be improved, variety and quality can't satisfy the demand. In addition, the market price fluctuates greatly but the profit is relatively low. Natural fibers occupy fixed market share and what's more, the import of acrylic fibers is enormous and mostly are differentiated acrylic fibers. Consequently, it is imperative to develop new varieties of differentiated acrylic fibers. The current situation of acrylic fibers as the main development direction and illustrates and analysis the property and application of various differentiated acrylic fibers are introduced.
