法学实践教学功能的再审视——以模拟法庭和公益普法为例

摘要

法学是一门实用型学科,通过本科教育可以锻炼培养学生解决实际问题的能力。实践教学可以更好地满足法学教育的需要,将理论联系实际,完成知识传授和价值养成的双重功能。现行实践教学模式的现状过度强调知识的灌输,缺失法律性实务人才培养机制。因此,法学实践教学需要进一步完善制度,强化实践教学方式的内容和奖惩制度。也可以通过搭建实践平台,完善法学实践教学的知识传授和育人功能。
        Law is a practical subject that can train students to solve practical problems through undergraduate education. Practice teaching can better meet the needs of law education, integrate theory with practice, and accomplish the dual functions of knowledge imparting and value cultivation. The current situation of practical teaching mode emphasizes too much knowledge inculcation and lacks the training mechanism of legal practical talents. Therefore, the law practice teaching needs to further improve the system,strengthen the content of the practice teaching method and the reward and punishment system. It can also improve the knowledge imparting and educating function of law practice teaching by building practice platform.
