摘要
目的比较陆眠宁Ⅱ、乌拉坦全身麻醉对家兔酸碱平衡重要指标的影响。方法成年健康新西兰大白兔40只,雌雄各半,随机分为2组,分别为陆眠宁Ⅱ组和乌拉坦组。陆眠宁Ⅱ组采用低剂量多频次肌注给药:总剂量0.3~0.4 mL·kg~(-1)。乌拉坦组采用质量分数25%乌拉坦按5 mL·kg~(-1)耳缘静脉给药,麻醉前耳缘动脉采血测定血气指标,麻醉后观察显效时间、维持时间及动物死亡情况,股动脉采血测定血气指标。比较两种麻醉药对酸碱平衡重要指标pH、碱剩余(BE)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)及HCO_3~-的影响。结果陆眠宁Ⅱ有较好的镇静麻醉效果,呼吸抑制稍明显,但不易造成动物死亡。陆眠宁Ⅱ麻醉后家兔pH(7.35±0.04),BE(6.8±3.49)mmol·L~(-1),PaCO_2(58.32±8.45)mm Hg,HCO_3~-(32±3.02)mmol·L~(-1);乌拉坦麻醉后家兔pH(7.36±0.04),BE(-5.8±3.12)mmol·L~(-1),PaCO_2(33.44±7.05)mm Hg,HCO_3~-(16.23±3.15)mmol·L~(-1),陆眠宁Ⅱ组与正常对照相比,pH无明显差异(P>0.05),BE、PaCO_2及HCO_3~-显著高于正常组(P<0.01);乌拉坦组与正常对照相比,各项指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论本研究获得了陆眠宁Ⅱ麻醉对家兔酸碱平衡重要指标影响的实验资料,为实验教学、科研及兽医临床提供参考。
        Objective To compare the effects on major indexes of acid-base balance between Lu MianningⅡand 25% urethane.Methods A total of 40 adult healthy New Zealand white rabbits with half male and half female were randomly divided into two groups,Lu Mianning Ⅱ and urethane.As control,before anesthesia,blood samples were collected from auricular arteria for blood gas analysis. Twenty of them were intravenously injected with 5 mL·kg~(-1) of 25% urethane,and twenty rabbits were given intramuscular injection of Lu MianningⅡ by multiple low-dosing: the total dose was 0. 3-0. 4 mL·kg~(-1).After the general anesthesia, the acid-base balance disorder experiment was carried out.The onset time,duration time and the death of animals were observed.The differences of pH,BE,HCO_3~- and PaCO_2 in the acid-base balance test were compared. Results Lu Mianning Ⅱ had a good effect of sedation anesthesia,and the respiratory inhibition was obvious,while it was not easy to cause the death of the animals. After Lu Mianning Ⅱanesthesia, the pH,BE,HCO_3~- and PaCO_2 were( 7. 35±0. 04),( 6. 8±3. 49) mmol·L~(-1),( 32±3. 02) mmol·L~(-1),and( 58. 32 ± 8. 45) mmHg; After urethane anesthesia, the pH,BE,HCO_3~- and PaCO_2 were( 7. 36 ±0. 04),(-5. 8±3. 12) mmol·L~(-1),( 16. 23±3. 15) mmol·L~(-1),and( 33. 44±7. 05) mmHg.Compared with control, there was no significant difference in pH( P>0. 05),while significant increases were observed in PaCO_2,BE and HCO_3~-( P < 0. 01) of Lu MianningⅡ group. All indexes of urethane have no difference compared to control( P>0. 05).Conclusion This study obtained experimental data of major indexes on acid base balance experiment in rabbits,which provide reference for experimental teaching, scientific research and veterinary clinic.
