FHUDS-5/FHUDS-6催化剂在柴油深度加氢脱硫装置的工业应用

摘要
中国石化镇海炼化分公司新建的3.0 Mt/a柴油加氢装置采用中国石化大连(抚顺)石油化工研究院研发的FHUDS-5/FHUDS-6柴油深度加氢脱硫催化剂。从催化剂的标定结果来看:精制柴油硫质量分数在4.8μg/g左右,氮质量分数不大于0.5μg/g;多环芳烃质量分数平均降低了约20百分点,十六烷值平均提高4.1个单位,说明FHUDS-5/FHUDS-6催化剂的脱硫、脱氮活性高,具有较强的芳烃饱和以及提高油品十六烷值的能力。从装置15个月的运行情况来看,催化剂失活速率为0.8℃/月(1月按30天计),床层最高点温度不大于370℃,反应器压差不大于0.1 MPa,表明FHUDS-5/FHUDS-6催化剂具有较好的稳定性,能够满足装置长运行周期的要求。
        FHUDS-5 and FHUDS-6 ultra-deep diesel hydrodesulfurization catalysts developed by SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemcials were applied in a new-built 3.0 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit in SINOPEC Zhenhai Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Company.The calibration report of catalysts showed that the total sulfur content of refined diesel was 4.8 μg/g and the nitrogen content was lower than 0.5 μg/g.The average mass fraction of PAHs decreased by about 20 percentage points,and the average cetane number increased by 4.1,indicating the high HDS,HDN and aromatic saturation activities as well as good cetane number upgrading performance.In terms of the operation conditions in the first 15 months,the catalyst deactivation rate was 0.8 ℃ per month,the bed pressure drop of the reactor was lower than 0.1 MPa and the highest temperature in reactor was lower than 370 ℃.The results showed that the catalyst combination of FHUDS-5/FHUDS-6 has good stability and can meet the requirements for long operation period of the device.
